If you are a 2 year green card holder, married to a US Citizen and your greencard is due to expire within the next 3-5 months, then it is time to submit the required forms, documents and evidences of your marriage to Remove your Conditions in order to receive your 10 year Permanent Green Card. We can assist you in the process to provide you with the necessary documents to stay legally in the US while waiting for a final adjustment interview/permanent greencard. The timeframe varies from state to state as to how long before an interview/greencard can be issued with USCIS ( normally 12 -16 months from the date of application). Normally a final interview will not be required unless evidence of your marriage is minimal or incomplete.
Currently our office can provide the assistance to you in completing the entire package for adjustment for a fee of $800 which is for the primary greencard applicant (spouse) and that fee will include the office service fee and the required USCIS Application Fees for the Removal of Conditions petition, application, and biometric/fingerprint fees. This fee will be paid upon completion and submission of the documents to USCIS.
If there is a child who will also need to complete the application process, if that child is under 16 years of age, our fee is $200 which is inclusive as shown above. If the child is over 18, the fee will be $800 for the child's package.
Please review the list of documents which will be needed by both the US Citizen petitioner and the greencard applicant for the process.
