Parent Petition ( for parent who is overseas)

This program is for only available to US Citizens who wish to petition for their parents from overseas. Please note NO children MAY be allowed to travel along with your parents once the visa is approved. Step parents may be petitioned only if the marriage of your parent and stepparent occurred before you, the US Citizen turned 18 years of age. Also, you MAY NOT submit your parent petition when you are greencard holder then add your citizenship later (this file will be denied later).

The time frame to complete the process varies on where you live. In general, the time frame for a US Citizen to petition for his/her parents to interview with the US Embassy overseas is 12-14 months.

Currently our office can provide the assistance to you in completing the entire Parent package for a fee of $1,200 which is for the each parent and that fee will include the office service fee and the required USCIS Application Fee for the Parent Relative petition.

This fee is paid in two parts: The Deposit in the amount of $800 will be due when beginning the paperwork. This includes the USCIS Fee for the petition within the $800. The final amount of $400 will be due when your parent’s file is at National Visa Center for final processing to be sent overseas (The National Visa Center Fees for the adjustment will be paid by the client separately.)
